Health partners have implemented routine DSV assessment, universal education and trauma-informed response to DSV in clinical settings. Sites use electronic health records to strengthen assessment and expedite warm referrals through embedded prompts and scripts.
While disclosure is not the goal, providing universal education, patient-centered harm reduction, and seamless support with advocacy programs increases early identification of DSV and access to advocacy services.
